Chardonnay, Riesling, Kerner, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau and Johaniter. The Riesling and Johaniter are direct press into open vats while all the other varieties remain as whole bunches and added to the vats to infused in the Riesling and Johaniter juice. Everything is then pressed to stainless steel tank to rest for 6 months.
