Cassis produced from locally-harvested blackcurrants which are fermented with native-yeasts and infused with botanicals including cardamon, verbena, bay, and citrus. A vibrant, fresh aperitif which can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with a splash of sparkling water, or in place of vermouth in a number of cocktails.
