40% Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne and Friulano. Grapes come from Sumu Kaw vineyard in the Sierra Foothills, 29 year-old vines grown on volcanic loam and granite soils. Maceration on the skins for 2 days with fermentation and elevage in in qvevri and neutral oak.
