Field blend of Chasselas (50%), Amigne (30%) Arvine (20%) on schist. Average age of vines is 20 years. After harvest the grapes are crushed then pressed (horizontal press) and pumped to an epoxy tank. The wine undergoes 2 racking and 9 months of elevage.
