Delaware Phoenix is an artisanal, small-batch absinthe distillery in the Western Catskills working with traditional copper pots and locally grown botanicals, based on 19th-century methods. ‘Meadow of Love’ is a light-bodied, delicate, and floral absinthe, showing bright and crisp botanical notes, anise, and fennel. No flavoring additives or artificial colors added.
