This single-vineyard is called ‘En la Montagne,’ with Chardonnay vines of 55 years of age on average, on clay-limestone soils at the base of the village of Meursault. Whole-cluster on pneumatic press with fermentation in neutral barrel and 11 months of elevage. No additions.
