Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio + Grenache from 80-100 year old pre-phylloxera vines grown at 800m elevation on sandy volcanic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo 12-day maceration in stainless steel. Aged for 1 year in neutral oak.
