À Nous is a blend of 130 year old Grenache Noir and Granache Gris harvested from a 0.9 hectare in Trouillas. Both grapes are vinified together; the Noir is destmmed while the Gris is left whole cluster for 14 days of maceration. At press a touch of 70 year old Cinsault is added and the wine then ages for 11 months in two 350 liter barrels.
