Blend of biodymanically grown Pinot Noir and Barbera from Paolo Angelino in Casale Monferrato, Piedmont. The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested in 2018 and undergo a carbonic maceration, while the Barbera was harvested in 2019 and macerated on the skins for a long period. Both wines age for 3-4 years before blending and bottling.
