From our neighbors at Kings County Distillery, the oldest operating whiskey distillery in NYC (!), located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A high-malt bourbon made in the style of a scotch whiskey, using 80% New York organic corn and 20% English Golden Promise barley. Aged for three to seven years in new charred oak barrels.
