Valdauga is a single plot cuvee of very old terraced vines that Nacho started working with in 2020. The plot is very remote and is planted with Mouraton, Granacha Tintorera, Mencia, Merenza, Palomino, Godello, Dona Branca and Colgadeira. The grapes ferment and age in a single 400L used barrel.
