Mostly Malvasia di Candia with a small blend of Ortrugo and Trebbiano Toscano from a co-planted parcel of vines up to 30 years of age. The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 4 months in stainless steel tanks prior to resting in Slavonian oak botti for at least 2 years
