This is 100% Sangiovese from a selection of the best grapes from old bush vines in Clementine and Gianmarco's ‘La Chiesa’ vineyard, along with some Greghetto from their oldest vines. The grapes were destemmed, and the wine fermented on the skins in tini for one month, before being pressed off to large old casks for two years of rest.
