Assemblage of Alicante, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache. The Alicante and Merlot see a direct press; the Syrah is infused in direct press Cabernet and the Grenache undergoes carbonic maceration. The 3 separate vats are combined once fermentation is complete, and Axel then adds the wine of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet, all destemmed and fermented separately in demi muid left outside.
