Mostly Macabeu with a touch of Muscat from 25-35 year-old vines planted to calcareous soils. Grapes were destemmed and macerated on the skins for 7 days. Bottled as free run juice before fermentation finished for carbonation per ancestral method. 9 months on the lees before disgorgement.
