Certified biodynamic Sangiovese from the hills outside of Florence. Grown from soils composed of clay, silt and sand. 15-20 days of fermentation on indigenous yeasts, followed by a few weeks of maceration and 6 months of aging on the lees, first in oak barrels and then in steel.
