Brut Nature. Grapes were sourced from three parcels in Chamery, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Grown on clay-limestone and sandy-limestone soils. Certified organic with biodynamic principles. Vinified in oak barrels, and aged on the lees for 24 months before being disgorged. Minimal sulfur.
